Learn to make a classic Japanese dish, tempura udon, like a local in a real Japanese home. You will be welcomed to the home of Emi, this tour's host, where she will teach the art of udon making in a comfortable setting. Learn to make these thick traditional noodles then batter and fry up some vegetables and shrimp to add on top. And nothing goes better with a bowl of noodles than a side of Japanese gyoza dumplings. Make everything on the menu from scratch, the dough, the broth, the batter, and every part of the dumplings. Choose your own fillings to suite your personal preferences. After eating and relaxing in local Japanese style, take home a cookbook of homey Japanese recipes so you can always remember your experience.
