Join Emi, a Tokyo native and cooking enthusiast, in her cozy kitchen. Master the art of making sweet and mild Japanese curry rice, dating back to the Meiji era. Emi provides step-by-step guidance, from ingredient preparation to plating. Choose between tonkatsu or vegetable curry, and learn to make a traditional side dish: goma-ae. This hands-on experience includes an English recipe, ingredients, an apron loan, and mugi-cha. Meet at Nerima Station for this 3-hour class, suitable for one to three members aged 10 and up, regardless of skill level. Private bookings include seasonal fruits.
