Without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and the driver reserves the right to leave the premises after 90 minutes

- Please wait for the driver at the hotel lobby 5–10 minutes prior to the designated time. Your driver will contact you at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time as travelers are usually required to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to international flight departures. The free waiting time for air-port drop-off is 30 minutes. If the driver has another pick-up afterwards, extended waiting time beyond that will not be provided. If the driver is willing to wait, you will be charged extra based on the overtime policy

- For flights, there is a free waiting time of 90 minutes from the flight landing. If the customer requests a specific waiting time, the free waiting period is 30 minutes. If the free waiting time is exceeded, the following charges apply: for vehicles with 6-9 seats, the cost is 5,000 JPY per hour, with any time under an hour charged as a full hour. For vehicles with 13-18 seats, the cost is 10,000 JPY per hour, with any time under an hour also charged as a full hour. If the waiting time exceeds the maximum allowed, our company will not assume any responsibility
