- The car model pictures are for reference only. The supplier will randomly arrange vehicles of the same type but different brands based on the vehicle and guest conditions at the time.
- To ensure a good riding environment, please do not eat or drink and please not leave garbage on the car. If the seats, carpets and interior decoration of the car gets dirty, you will need to pay the vehicle cleaning fee according to the actual quotation from the professional company.
- The pick-up time must be specified in advance and the departure time cannot be changed or adjusted on the day.
- Drivers can wait for 30 minutes for free. If you are unable to board the bus after 30 minutes, you will be required to pay an additional waiting fee of 5,000 yen per hour (payable in cash on site).
- If you fail to contact the driver within 30 minutes and the driver is unable to contact you, we will charge the full amount and will not wait any longer.
