Take a full 10-hour day trip to Petra and step back in time! We shall start this tour off in the morning with a departure from your selected hotel taking a the drive down the Deseret highway for approximately 3 hours to reach the astonishing site of the rock city of Petra. A beautiful historic city , This fascinating ancient Nabatean capital once dominated the Arabian trade routes. At the Visitor Center buy your tickets to Petra and also you can hire a local guide (optional) and explore the majestic site. Pass the Siq, a narrow gorge where you get the first close views of the colorful sandstone, ending at the beautiful treasury. Walk along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs, the theater, and Qasr Al Bint. After you have visited and seen Petra the driver will be waiting for you at the Visitor Center ready to depart on the way back to Amman or Amman airport.

You will depart from the selected place of pickup and start your 3-hour drive (approximately) towards the Petra site in an air-conditioned vehicle and will have one stop to take a break on the way.

Once you arrive at the visitor center in Petra, the driver will assist with the purchase of your tickets and a local guide (optional) if you are interested in more information about the architecture and history of the area.
