The transfer service operates 24 hours daily
In the case of a delayed flight, please contact customer service immediately
The pick-up and transfer service from your hotel to the airport must be booked at least 3 hours before the pick-up time
A surcharge of ฿300 applies for additional waiting time
Any extra stops or sudden changes to the drop-off location without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional to be paid in cash on-site
If a flight delay or any situation requires additional waiting time (beyond the free waiting time stated on the website), it must first be confirmed with the driver before proceeding.

In case of a flight delay for arrival service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 3 hours prior to the original pick-up time.
In case of a flight delay for departure service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 6 hours prior to the original pick-up time.

— Animals/Pets Policy —

The pick-up time is subject to your flight schedule and traffic conditions

The operations team will arrange transportation for airport pickup and drop-off services based on the pickup time requested by customers. To avoid no-show charges in case of incorrect pickup time selection, please double-check the time before making your reservation.
On the service date, if the vehicle does not have sufficient space for your luggage, the customer is required to pay the driver in cash for any excess luggage. Alternatively, you may need to book additional vehicles, which can also be paid for in cash directly to the driver on-site.
For transporting golf bags, surfboards, or other large items, we recommend reserving a vehicle with eight or more seats to ensure adequate space inside the car.
