• If your flight is delayed, contact customer service immediately. 
• Hotel-to-airport transfers must be booked at least 3 hours before your departure time. 
• Extra waiting time costs 300 THB per hour. 
• A second baby seat costs 300 THB each. 
• Extra stops or changes to the drop-off location without prior agreement will incur additional fees. 
• For arrival services, notify any pick-up time changes at least 3 hours before the original pick-up time if your flight is delayed. 
• For departure services, notify pick-up time changes at least 6 hours before the original pick-up time in case of flight delays. 
• If additional waiting time is needed (beyond the free waiting time listed online), confirm with the driver first.

— Meeting point at Krabi airport (KBV) —

• Head towards Exit sign after collecting your luggage
  
• You will be at arrival hall inside the terminal, and there will be only 1 official airport meeting point at Gate 15
