First, plan your 3-course dinner, and then make a start as your instructor shares helpful tips on traditional French cooking techniques. For a more complete cookery experience, upgrade to the 6-hour class. Begin with a visit to an open-air food market & wander the stalls and markets with your instructor to pick up the ingredients you’ll need to prepare your meal. During your 2-hour cooking time, follow your menu plan and enjoy a glass of wine or two as you work. With your 3-course dinner ready, head into the dining area with your fellow cooks to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared.
