Mt. Fuji Station

The Mt. Fuji 5th Station (富士山五合目) is one of the most iconic spots on Japan’s most famous mountain, offering a unique experience for visitors looking to connect with nature, spirituality, and adventure. It serves as a midway point for climbers heading to the summit, but it also offers incredible views and a memorable visit for those who prefer to stay at lower elevations. If the fifth station of Mount Fuji closes its access, we will instead visit the Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, a shrine that is more than 1,400 years old.
