The chef will welcome you to his wine and cheese shop with cooking school and in less than a minute you will reach the beautiful location that will host dinner. The chef is an archaeologist with a Master in "evolution of food in history". You will perceive the love for the territory, history and cuisine and this will make the difference! The Renaissance and specifically the recipes of Caterina del Medici, a great "glutton" and chef who left an incredible culinary legacy! The comfortable, welcoming location, "the chef's house" will make your private experience pleasant, far from the confusion of the restaurants. whether it is a romantic dinner or a family reunion you will find your environment in total safety and relaxation!
