See the best countryside surrounding Florence and Tuscany on an E-bike, in just 2.5 hours and about 7 miles.
Experience a peaceful guided e-bike ride from Florence into the Tuscan Hills with a stop for olive oil tasting with fresh homemade bread at a countryside venue that is also an olive oil farm.
NOTE: On Mondays, the venue is closed so we will have a high-quality artisan Florentine gelato OR a traditional Italian breakfast at an artisan pastry shop instead! (depends on the opening of the shops)
We will take in the scent of nature in their Vegetable Garden and Nursery and learn about natural olive oil harvest and making.
You will have the chance to see the most hidden corners of the Florentine hills and Tuscany: so much greenery, olive groves, and tiny roads ending in San Miniato al Monte Church, the best viewpoint over Florence.
During the first part of the bike ride we will pass through the ancient and massive gate of Porta Romana. This used to be the main entrance to Florence during the Renaissance, and it's still surrounded by the 13th-century city walls that can only be seen in this part of town!
After the first hill that we'll climb to get out of town, we'll reach this impressive historical Villa that used to be the holiday residence of the Medici family - on top of the hill and immersed in beautiful countryside
Admire the best view of Florence from the top of San Miniato al Monte, the oldest Abbey in the city.

• When showing up for the tour, please dress accordingly to the weather conditions. We suggest that you always bring a wind breaker, jumper or sweat shirt (something to keep you warm!) regardless of the weather - it can always be left behind at our offices. If rain is predicted, bring rain gear! We do not automatically cancel the tour due to rain - you may cancel if you want to, or reschedule space permitting. • In addition to this, you will want to bring your sunglasses, camera and sunscreen and be prepared for an active day out in the Tuscan countryside. Also, make sure that you bring cash to pay for any wine and/or olive oil that you may want to purchase at the vineyards. Shipping from the vineyard is possible as well, for which you may use your credit card.
