Wine tour and tasting of 4 Valpolicella Wines in a Medieval Court
You will find yourself in a medieval court, with very ancient origins: you will be able to see a tower from that era, the only one left of a defensive fortress that has no equal. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery, and some rooms are still original, such as the internal tasting room with fireplace and antique sink. We will take you to visit the vineyards and the cellar, to tell you how we produce wine in a sustainable way; we will then go to the tasting area where you will taste a selection of 4 red wines with a strong character

What's included in Wine tour and tasting of 4 Valpolicella Wines in a Medieval Court
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Before the tasting, the itinerary that you will experience will also include a walk in the vineyard, access to the 1300 tower with a view over all of Fumane and our estate with the possibility, based on the occupancy of the rooms, to also visit one of them with the period decor. Afterwards we will move on to visit the tavern, with its huge fireplace where you can admire a selection of the prizes and awards we have obtained and then move on to the bottling room where you can discover the procedure and use of the machinery. After that we will visit the cellar itself with an explanation of the winemaking process: from the fermenter to the refinement in steel and wood. Finally we will reach the dedicated area, where you can taste a selection of 4 Valpolicella red wines, accompanied by breadsticks and taralli.
