If there are any issues, they can contact directly.

- 1 booster seat for children free of charge. 2000 JPY for additional seats.

- 90 Minutes waiting time for airport pickups. 2000 JPY / 30 Minutes afterwards.
- From 10:00 PM to 6:00AM, there's a 3000 JPY surchage.
- The provider is not liable for passengers or luggage exceeding the vehicle capacity.
- The provider is not liable for losses caused by flight delays.
- Custom name plates are available upon request. There is a 2000 JPY fee.
