Ramen is one of the most famous Japanese dishes of all time and has been taking over the world. Within Japan, different regions are known for different types of ramen. Many people swear allegiance to their favored type of ramen like they would for sports teams. It is a serious art form that you can now learn about from the start of the process. Learn to make three of the most iconic types of ramen in Japan. Shio, a salt-based broth with pork, seaweed and beansprouts. Shoyu, a soy sauce broth usually served with corn and other veggies. Miso, made with traditional Japanese miso, chicken, egg, and green union. Start with making the noodles from flour and work your way up to these three delicious broths. Enjoy your mini bowls of ramen then try a classic Japanese desert.
