What's included in Wines & Wonders: A Spanish Tasting in a Private Art Gallery
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Discover rare Spanish wines and artisan tapas in an intimate tasting at our private art gallery in central Madrid. We begin with a refreshing welcome drink and a chance to enjoy the rooftop views and natural light from our balconies. Then, take your seat at a beautifully styled Spanish table featuring traditional ceramics, olive wood boards, woven textiles, and fresh carnation flowers—the national flower of Spain. You’ll taste six exceptional wines: a crisp Cava to start, followed by two vibrant coastal whites, two expressive reds like Mencía or Garnacha, and a unique Sherry to finish. All wines come from boutique, small-production wineries and are rarely found in stores or restaurants. Each wine is paired with gourmet Spanish tapas made from artisanal, hard-to-find ingredients—such as pan de cristal with seafood, soft cheeses, Iberian pork, roasted peppers, and quince with aged cheese. As we taste, we’ll share stories behind each pairing in a relaxed, engaging way. After the tasting, we’ll share the story behind the gallery and invite you to explore the collection of emerging contemporary artists.
