Wine and Olive Oil tasting in the Countryside, including Chania

Join us for a private wine and olive oil tour of the Cretan countryside combined with the charming city of Chania and experience the heritage of Crete! We’ll pick you up and take you to the Monastery of the Holy Trinity Tzagarolon, an important Venetian-era. At the monastery, you’ll see how the monks produce organic olive oil, wine, honey, vinegar, and soap. Taste five different wines paired with rusk, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and oregano. Inside the museum, explore beautiful church icons and a 12th-century manuscript cover, along with 16th and 17th-century icons of St. John the Theologian and St. Nicholas. Next explore the old city of Chania. Stroll through its narrow streets filled with shops for leather goods and ceramics, and visit the lively market for local honey, herbs, cheese, and olive oil! Finally, we’ll drive through scenic Cretan landscapes to a family winery covering over 200 acres, where you can tour the facilities and enjoy tastings of five wines and different varieties such us Assyrtyko, Romeiko, Vilana, native and international varieties, complemented by local delicacies.
