Ryan has taught thousands of people how to meditate, appeared at large festivals across the UK, and worked with the likes of Google, Tate and Elemis to help their employees access true calm.
Before founding Levitate, Ryan spent 12 years working in a high-stress career, and so has lived experience of being anxious, depressed and burnt out, as well as having benefitted hugely from the practice of meditation.
Join us for a meditation class taught live over Zoom. Perfect if you're stuck at home, or travelling and you need a break. This experience is designed to let you to put your feet up and relax. It is the perfect way to destress, wind down and finish your day. We teach modern mindfulness, informed by the latest neuroscience, designed to fully equip you with the tools for life with all of its excitement and distractions. This class is guided, with the goal of teaching a skill that can be applied to life outside the studio. We explore a new theme every week. Areas covered include letting go, setting intentions, body scans, breathing techniques, loving-kindness, using a mantra, focus, and much more. This is an open level class suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners. The teacher will adapt the class and give different options for students of different levels to explore. During this guided 45 minute meditation class, we will teach you how to meditate (or if you have experience, how to deepen your practice).
