- Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a host who will be at your service to ensure a smooth experience. The host will provide all the necessary information for your tour. Meet us(15 minutes prior the scheduled time) we will be holding a little black flag saying our company name.

Ticket Redemption
Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the original timeslot. All visitors must pass through airport-style security. In high season, this means there can be long lines even at the skip-the-line entrance, with waits of up to 30 minutes. Please note that the tickets are subject to a 30-minute variation from the originally booked time. This means that your entry time may be adjusted either 30 minutes before or after your scheduled booking time. Such adjustments are necessary to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.
