We start the experience in the historic center of Favara, in Piazza Cavour. Passing by the Church dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption, we will head towards the Casa di Annalisa, a short walk that will allow us to discover the history of this beautiful center of the province of Agrigento. Live the Sicilian tradition rediscover the taste of slow cooking and the importance of dedicate the right time to prepare with care and love a meal, even the simplest one. Just as it was done in the past! In the same place and with the recipes of the Sicilian grandmothers. Working with only flour and eggs, you will learn, how to make different types of pasta and with seasonal and organic vegetables the dressing. At the end of the class you will sit around a large table to eat your handmade pasta creations while the hostess will tell us stories and sayings about each dish.
