The Angel San Rafael Battery is located on Cerro del Horno in Bocachica. This battery is crescent-shaped, with curtain walls that hug the hill. Fort San José de Bocachica has seven bomb-proof vaults and an elevated platform with two rows of walls formed by the Punta Abanico Battery.
