The tour is stroller-friendly and conveniently located near public transportation stops. Please note that the tour is not wheelchair accessible; however, guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact us in advance to discuss possible accommodations. Most travelers are able to comfortably participate in this experience.
- Age & Safety Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. Pregnant travelers are welcome to join as long as they are under 24 weeks by the end of the tour.Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Tickets, Pricing & Refund Policies: City passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted on this tour. Ticket prices are subject to change and all attraction tickets are non-refundable. All prices listed in the booking system are in USD and include tax. If paying in CAD, a 5% GST will be added.
- Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must use a booster seat to join the tour, except when traveling by bus on the tour day. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and are liable for any fines resulting from non-compliance.
- Leaving the Group Early: If you plan to leave the group before the tour concludes, please notify the tour guide in advance and sign a departure form. No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the tour.
- Gifts & Tour Adjustments: Complimentary gifts may be offered during the tour, but availability is subject to external factors like weather or road conditions. No refunds will be issued for any changes or unavailability of gifts or experiences.
