You will follow the path of the grape, from the vine to the bottle: admire one of the most beautiful panoramas of Champagne from our plot of Saint Lié, which overlooks Reims at more than 200 meters, let yourself be guided in our cooperative to discover the development of our exceptional vintages, discover our typically Champagne cellar dug out of the chalk more than 200 years ago for a timeless experience, finish this initiatory journey in our tasting area by savoring 3 vintages, an expression of this living heritage and centuries-old know-how, accompanied by local specialties in a food/wine composition sublimating “The wine of kings and the king of wines”. Champagne will no longer have any secrets for you!

Parc Naturel Regional de la Montagne de Reims
The journey which will take you from the station to the experience location will allow you to admire the famous hillsides of the Montagne de Reims Ouest and its villages classified as Premier Cru: the incredible cirque of Chamery, the tranquil church of Ecueil, the discreet charm of Sacy before arriving at the magnificent village of Villdommange and its culminating viewpoint of Saint Lié.
Chapelle Saint-Lie
We will stop in my plot of “Sous Saint Lié”, at the foot of the chapel of the same name. You will start by discovering the management of the vines as well as the stages which punctuate a year while admiring one of the most beautiful views of the Champagne appellation.
You will then enter the heart of our cooperative to understand the stages that mark the creation of our exceptional champagnes. We will follow the path of the grapes from the quay to the cellars where millions of bottles age... After a visit to our typically Champagne cellar, dug out of the chalk more than 200 years ago, you will finish with a tasting in our house. This experience, combining 3 champagnes and local specialties, will introduce you to food and wine pairings.
