This activity has no age limit

There is no minimum age requirement for SkyHelix Sentosa, but guests must be at least 1.05m tall. Children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

Guests must be 1.05 metres and above in height to experience the ride.

Guests between 1.05 metres to 1.2 metres in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult.

The ride is NOT suitable for: Expectant mothers, Guests who have a fear of heights, Guests with limited mobility.

Animals and pets are NOT allowed on the ride.

The ride is NOT recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo.

Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride.

The following items are NOT permitted on the ride: Hats and bags, Sharp objects such as umbrellas, Items made of glass, Outside food & drinks

A paid ride on SkyHelix Sentosa includes a choice of one (1) standard non-alcoholic beverage or one (1) souvenir.

Redemption points for non-alcoholic beverage is at SkyHelix Snack Bar, while souvenir is at SkyHelix Retail Kiosk (towards the exit of SkyHelix Sentosa). Redemption of beverage/souvenir must be done on the same day of the visit.

Kindly be informed that seats availability is on a first come first serve basis.

Each ticket is valid for one (1) guest only and can only be used once. Once the ticket is scanned, it will be deemed as utilised and cannot be used again.

No partial redemption of any ticket shall be allowed.

Last boarding will be 15 minutes before closing i.e. 9:15pm.

All ticket prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST).

The ticket is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded.

Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old. Guests between 1.05m to 1.2m in height or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Guest under 1.05m in height is not permitted to take the SkyHelix Sentosa ride.

MFLG reserves the right to cancel or amend the product offerings or add to the T&Cs at its discretion without prior notice.

By accepting admission, you understand that there are inherent weather and fire hazards in the activities and hereby agree and accept the aforementioned hazards. You agree to release MFLG from liabilities and responsibilities for personal injury, loss or damage, which may be incurred.

Rates, operating hours and policies are subjected to revision from time to time and MFLG reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.

This is a rain or shine event. All completed and confirmed transactions are non-amendable, non-cancellable, non-compensable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
