The supplier, Cosmic Tickets & Audios, will send your entry ticket and the audio guide activation link (if applicable) via email no later than 24 hours before your reservation date. Please note that skipping the security line is not possible. All visitors must go through security screening, which may involve waiting in line at the entrance.
