This shared service gives you the flexibility to choose your pick-up location in Panajachel. If you're in nearby towns like San Pedro, San Marcos, or San Juan and arriving by boat, we can pick you up near the dock in Panajachel. You will get to enjoy a relaxing trip from the beautiful lake to the incredible colonial city of Antigua. We will drop you off at your accommodation or any downtown location of your choosing. Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes before departure time.
Meeting Points
- If you don't have a set pick up location at Panajachel, we can drop you off at the shuttle's office. The office is near Tzanjuyu dock, where you arrive when you take a ferry (lancha) from neighboring towns.
End Points
- You can choose any downtown location for drop off, including hotels, hostels and Airbnbs. If you don't have a set pick up location at Antigua, we can drop you off at the shuttle's office
Redeem
Ticket Redemption
1. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time outside your hotel/house. 2. The driver will look for you at the front door/lobby and call your name. 3. If you haven't been picked up within 15 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, kindly contact us so we can check the status of your transport. 4. There can be a small delay since the shuttle has to pick up more passengers and due to traffic, but please try to be ready at your scheduled time to avoid further delays. 5. If the driver arrives and you're not ready, please be aware that they will wait for only 5 minutes. Afterward, the shuttle will depart, and this will be considered a No Show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds.
