Vipavski Križ is a small town that many call the gem of the Vipava Valley. Alleys, walls, a castle, squares, a monastery. At the end of the 15th century, they began building a fortress here and surrounded the settlement with walls. In the early 16th century, Križ gained market rights, and shortly after, it was elevated to a town, supposedly the smallest in the then-empire. We invite you to visit this beautiful place with the guidance of a professionally licensed guide. In Vipavski Križ, after a short tour, we will enjoy a wine tasting event featuring selected wines from different regions of Slovenia, all set in the enchanting 500-year-old castle cellar of Vipava Križ. Enjoy delicious appetizers, expert presentations by a wine connoisseur, and interactive activities, including a fun game.
