You will have to collect your ticket to the Cathedral at the tourist office Naturanda, at calle Francos 19, Seville. Don't forget to bring your own headphones in order to listen to the audioguide app. You also would need free space in your device to download the audioguide. The time of access to the monument will be the time you chose when you made your reservation. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before the time of your booking. You need your ID/passports in order to enter to the monument.
