Cancellation by Traveler:
Cancellations made by 09:00, two days before the tour date, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than two days before the tour date, after 09:00, are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Tour Agency:
The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns). In such cases, travelers will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to: Reschedule for another date, or Receive a full refund.

3. Refund Process:
Refund requests will be processed within 3-4 business days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
