Scottish Gin Experience & Distillery Tour in Edinburgh
On the Peacocktail Gin Experience you will enjoy a gin and tonic, a classic cocktail, 4 samples of gin and a 5cl miniature to take home in a surprise goodie bag.
Your tour starts on the front steps of Summerhall. Your tour guide will meet you and bring you over to our hand-built distillery where you will learn how our small batch gin is made following our original recipe from Bombay.
After a tour in the distillery, guests will head up to our boardroom where you will enjoy a perfectly poured Pickering's G&T whilst learning about the surprising origins of gin. Following this, you'll enjoy a delicious classic cocktail and discover the secret history hidden behind the recipe!
You will also taste four neat samples of our award-winning gins that have been hand-crafted in the old dog kennels of the Old Royal Dick Vet School. All guests take home a surprise goodie bag.
