On our Scottish Charcuterie Tasting Experience, you'll enjoy a tasting platter of 5 of the very best Scottish Charcuterie items, and keep your tasting map with tasting notes as a memento. We'll introduce you to all the elements, and tell you a little bit about what makes them so special. If you are a group and would some people would like Cheese and some people would like Charcuterie please contact us direct and we can arrange this for you.

STARTER - Scottish Tasting Platter of 5 artisan cheeses, OR 5 artisan charcuterie items.
Served with cheese or charcuterie accompaniments, and Chef Paul Newman's own home-made chutneys.

- No sundry food or drink is included, but travelers can book upgraded versions of the experience, featuring a beer tasting with the charcuterie, or a wine tasting with the cheese, for a supplement.
