Please present your online voucher/QR Code via your mobile device to any of the Big Bus staff that are located at any of the Big Bus stop on the route, where they will be able to activate your ticket. **Important information about visiting Alcatraz. This ticket includes admission to Alcatraz and return ferry transfers from Pier 33. Please note that the date you have selected is the date for your Alcatraz Tour. After booking, Your tour time will be assigned 10 days in advance of the tour date.
