Sake Tasting & Original Seafood bowl Lunch Plan This plan includes a tasting of nine types of sake, including three types of junmai daiginjo. You will taste the differences in flavor based on the rice polishing ratio of Junmai, Junmai ginjo, and Junmai daiginjo, as well as the characteristics of different types such as Nama (unpasteurized sake), Genshu, Nigori, Kimoto, Yamahai with explanation in English. “Traditional sake brewing” now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is the perfect opportunity to delve deeper into the world of sake and enjoy it to the fullest! Additionally, you will have the chance to create your own original seafood bowl by arranging fresh sashimi that pairs perfectly with sake. Select 5–6 types of sashimi, including tuna and salmon, carefully sourced from a local fish market on the day of your visit, and decorate your own one-of-a-kind seafood bowl!
