In our Pasta Making Class near the Colosseum, customers embark on a culinary journey filled with immersive experiences, hands-on learning, and delicious indulgence. Here's a concise overview of what participants will do: Introduction: Guests are warmly welcomed by our expert local chef at our charming venue near the Colosseum, immersing them in the historical ambiance for an authentic Italian culinary adventure. Pasta Crafting: The class begins with a detailed pasta-making demonstration, where customers witness the creation of dough from scratch and learn the secrets of perfect rolling. Ravioli Creation: Participants are guided through crafting exquisite ravioli, including filling creation, shaping, and folding techniques. Tiramisu Mastery: A lesson on crafting the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu, teaches precise layering for a mouthwatering result. Hands-On Experience: Customers create their own ravioli and tiramisu, putting their skills to the test under the chef's guidance. Tasting Session: Afterward, customers enjoy a delightful tasting, savoring their creations.

- The meeting point is Via della Polveriera 9, our cooking studio is about 100 meters from the Colosseum next to our office. Make your way to the terrace above the Colosseum Metro Station. You'll find a pedestrian bridge to cross above the road.
