Experience a day trip from Frankfurt am Main along the Romantic Road to medieval Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
You'll first visit the state-recognized resort town of Weikersheim. Here you'll have the opportunity to take part in a special guided tour of the Knights' Hall of the magnificent Renaissance palace and visit the palace gardens laid out in the style of Versailles.
Afterwards, you'll travel to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, internationally known as a symbol of medieval Germany. High above the deeply carved Tauber Valley rises the incomparable silhouette of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany's most romantic city. Here you'll have time to discover the sights of the city, such as the Plönlein, the market square with the town hall or the city wall.
On the way back to Frankfurt, you'll make a photo stop at the Würzburg Residence, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
