Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. The group must enter the museum at the stated time and will be unable to wait for late-comers. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure. Only handbags the size of an A4 piece of paper or smaller are allowed in the museum. Larger bags can be stored in the cloakroom, however they are unable to store suitcases, large pieces of luggage etc.If you have bags or luggage with you too large to store, you may be refused entry into the museum.
