Embark on an unforgettable afternoon tour of the Champagne region, starting in Reims at 2:00 pm, right in front of the Reims Centre train station's tourist office (address: Cour de la Gare, 51100 Reims).
This tour will take you to the charming village of Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne, where you’ll explore its rich history and visit the church where Dom Pérignon is buried.
Then, visit two family-run Champagne producers, where you’ll learn about the traditional methods of Champagne production. At each winery, you’ll enjoy three tastings of their signature Champagnes, providing you with a comprehensive and immersive experience.
By the end of the day, you’ll have tasted a total of six distinct Champagnes and gained a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind this iconic beverage.
The tour will conclude at 6:30 pm, returning you to the starting point at the Reims Centre train station’s tourist office.

Please note that the average temperature in the cellars is 10°C, so don’t forget to bring a jacket. Animals are not allowed on shared tours for the comfort of all. It’s recommended to book your trains in advance to secure the best fares and ensure availability (trains on SNCF or Trainline).
