We are located in the old town of Bilbao, near the Mercado de la Ribera (the main food market in the city), the Cathedral of Santiago and the Church of San Antón. The old town of Bilbao is a place full of history and traditions of the Basque Country. We will learn to make 4 skewers so that you can prepare them and leave the guests with their mouths open. All this in a quiet and pleasant environment perfect for enjoying and making new friends or meeting people.
Welcome to the Pintxos Workshop! An interactive culinary experience In this workshop we will take a tour from the traditional dishes of the Basque Country, to the modernist techniques of molecular cuisine. We will learn to make 4 traditional pintxos, giving them a twist to obtain surprising results.
