We provide pickup services for travelers. Meeting Point: Meet & Greet at the Arrival Hall of Brisbane Airport. Directions: For domestic flights: Near the Baggage Claim Area. The driver will be waiting near the airline luggage carousel inside the terminal, holding a welcome board with the passengers' names clearly displayed. We recommend that all passengers make contact with the driver as soon as possible. A 30-minute allowance is provided to accommodate baggage. For international flights: Near The Coffee Club. The driver will meet all international passengers directly outside the customs exit doors on the left-hand side, near The Coffee Club. The driver will be holding a welcome board with the passengers' names clearly displayed. We encourage all passengers to make contact with the driver as soon as possible. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation. Most travelers are eligible to participate. Chauffeur Cars Brisbane requires the email address of the lead traveler to send booking confirmation, e-ticket, invoice, and other related documents. Each traveler is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Certain restrictions may apply to oversized or excessive luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes). Please contact the operator before traveling to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated, provided that the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them in boarding and disembarking. Show availability can only be confirmed upon making a booking. Credit cards will be charged once the show availability is confirmed. The Chauffeur Cars Brisbane Head Office assigns the vehicles in advance of the travel date (the night before travel), and you will be informed about the assigned vehicle.
