Casa-Museo Mari Reiche
Later, we will head towards the Palpa lines, recent discoveries that add to the famous Nazca lines. The journey takes 5 hours from Lima. During the course of our tour, we will visit the María Reiche Museum to obtain information about the Nazca Lines and learn more about its discoverer. The tour lasts 1 hour. Continuing with the journey, we will arrive at the Nazca viewpoint, where we will have the opportunity to admire a section of the enigmatic Nazca lines, it lasts approximately 1 hour.
Nasca Lines
Continuing with our trip, we will make a stop at the Nazca Lines viewpoint, where we can see these fascinating geoglyphs up close. Upon arriving in Nazca, we will go to the Nazca Aerodrome to watch a video about the ancient population of Nazca (200 BC - 900 AD), its customs and main activities. Later, we will board a small plane to fly over the enigmatic Nazca Lines for 30 minutes. These enormous line drawings of animals, birds and geometric figures are preserved intact in the desert and can only be appreciated in all their magnitude from the air.
