One or Two suitcase and one carry-on bag allowed per passenger (Recommended). This transfer is not wheelchair accessible. Please note need to depart 4 Hours before your flight departure time. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The maximum waiting time for the pickup is 15 minutes. There is no detour to other areas. If you wish to make a detour, you may incur additional charges. Depending upon availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo.

- Pick up as per your select location such as downtown Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Ayutthaya , please contact our customers support team and finalize the pick up time
- For hotel pick ups, please wait for about 15-20 minutes in your hotel lobby for your driver
- If it is pass the waiting time and you are not contactable, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
