Lunch in the town of Ponta do Sol Fishing village located north of the island of Santo Antão, in the Barlavento Islands.
Paul
Continuation to the Valle de Paul (Cabo de Ribeira), the greenest and most beautiful valley of the archipelago. The small paths that go from hamlet to hamlet take us across the circus of Cabo de Ribeira, very cultivated, where according to the seasons we harvest coffee, oranges, guavas, vegetables and tubers of all kinds, and where we distill the rum. Visit to the rum distillery.
