The Polykala Distillery began its history in 1897 in Lixouri, Kefalonia. Founded by Vasilis Polykalas, who was initially involved in wine trading, the company has since expanded into liqueur production. At the distillery's showroom, visitors can sample their liqueurs and learn about the company's history and production processes.
