Leaning Tower Visit Guidelines:
- Duration: The visit lasts approximately 30 minutes, with no extensions permitted
- Age Restrictions: Children under age 8 are strictly not allowed. Children aged 8 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult and held by the hand at all times. Teenagers aged 12 to 18 can visit only with an adult
- Physical Effort: Climbing the Tower involves about 300 steps on a spiral staircase. Visitors with heart conditions, mobility impairments, or other health conditions are strongly advised against visiting the Tower
- Alternative: If there is a long queue or any other reason that prevents entry to the Cathedral interior, a guided visit of Piazza dei Cavalieri will be offered instead
