Commencing on 10th June, 2025, Palm Court reopens as Hong Kong’s premier gin destination — a refined bar for aficionados of the botanical spirit, offering an exceptional 350-label gin library and a newly launched series of innovative cocktails, all meticulously crafted by trusted mixologists. Among the collection is The Langham Gin, created in small batches in Hong Kong using the double-distillation style of a classic London Dry. Its complex profile blends herbaceous and floral notes — most notably ginger lily, jasmine tea, and local raw honey — making it the signature expression of the bar.
