Do you want to make Ramen with your own hands? Experience the true flavors of Japan in a hands-on cooking class that will create unforgettable memories! Whether you come with family, friends, or solo, our friendly instructors—fluent in English, Japanese, and/or Spanish—will be there every step of the way to help you master the art of making authentic Ramen (Japanese noodle soup) and Gyoza (Japanese dumplings with vegetables and pork)

In this fun and interactive class, you'll start with a 30-minute orientation and preparation session, followed by 1.5 hours of cooking. Afterward, relax and enjoy the Ramen and Gyoza you’ve made, paired with drinks like sake, beer, and soft drinks, during a 1-hour tasting session. Please book at least one day in advance and bring just yourself! We provide all the ingredients and tools you'll need. (Booking is essential for this class.)

This class offers a step-by-step guide to preparing RAMEN and GYOZA (Japanese Dumplings). [Program Schedule] • Orientation and Preparation: 30 minutes • Cooking: 1 hour 30 minutes • Ramen and Gyoza Tasting with Drinks (including Sake, Beer, and Soft Drinks): 1 hour [What You Will Make] • Ramen A Japanese noodle soup with a rich broth, served with toppings like pork, chicken, egg, and vegetables. • Fried Gyoza Japanese dumplings filled with meat and vegetables, crispy on one side and served with a dipping sauce. [Location] Our kitchen is located in the heart of Osaka, just a 5-minute walk from both Shinsaibashi and Honmachi stations (Osaka Metro). Despite its central location, the kitchen is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. [Who Will Teach You?] Our instructors are fluent in English, Japanese, and Spanish and will guide you in mastering the art of making Ramen and Gyoza from scratch.
