Free diving is strictly prohibited on this trip. Please be sure to wear a life jacket when entering the sea.

The trip may be cancelled due to force majeure factors such as typhoons and sea conditions. If this happens, we will notify you by email the day before or on the day of the trip. Please pay attention.
If the rain does not affect the safe navigation of the ship, the trip will proceed as usual. If the guest cancels the trip due to rainy weather, a cancellation fee will be charged according to regulations
Please meet at the designated meeting place at the designated meeting time. If you miss the meeting time, it will be deemed as a cancellation on the day and no refund will be given

Free round-trip pick-up is only provided for designated locations in Naha City. Pick-up service is not provided for Naha Airport, Shintoshin, Oroku area and outside Naha City.
The seats for the Naha city shuttle service are limited. We reserve seats in the order of reservation. If the seats are full, we will not be able to provide the shuttle service. We will notify the passengers by email. Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to change the pick-up location, please inform us at least 2 days before the event. Otherwise, it cannot be adjusted.
