Natura Spa & Wellness is a premium boutique wellness spa nestled in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Promising a clean, comfortable, and serene environment, it serves as a sanctuary for relaxation, detoxification, and stress relief—an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. 

Dedicated therapists provide expert services using luxurious, plant-based Italian products that deeply nourish and treat all skin types. These premium products ensure a refreshed feeling with little to no sticky or oily residue, allowing the benefits of the massage and aromas of the products to be enjoyed after leaving the spa.

  • Not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with severe hypertension, or those with serious health or skin conditions.
  • Age Restriction: 14 years and above.
  • Please inform the reception staff if you have high blood pressure, disabilities, skin conditions, allergies or are pregnant during registration.
  • Please note that the spa is located on the second floor and accessible only by stairs.
  • An advance booking is mandatory. Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time
  • The services here are available for all genders however, a professional atmosphere is maintained and strictly prohibits inappropriate requests or actions. Only female staff are available and will be allocated accordingly
  • Upgrade or package changes can be arranged with an additional fee, payable directly to the operator. While not obligatory, gratuities for your masseuse are genuinely appreciated. Tips directly benefit the service provider, not the business
  • Prior to receiving the service, all customers are required to complete a registration form, disclose any existing medical conditions, and acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Natura Spa & Wellness
