- The Wi-Fi Insurance is not included in all plans. In the event of an accident, theft, or any other incident that results in the loss or damage of the rented Wi-Fi device, a compensation fee of up to ¥25,000 will be charged. Please note this policy before using the service.
- After completing booking and payment, no changes can be made to the application details. If changes are necessary, please cancel your application and submit a new one at least the day before the pick-up date.
- If the item is not collected during business hours or by the specified pick-up date, a refund will not be issued.
- Please pick up your device on the designated day and during business hours. Otherwise, pick-up will be invalid.
