The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
Depending on road conditions, the tour will be guided to Mt. Fuji 4th Station or 5th Station. If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, the tour will visit Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or Fujisan World Heritage Center.[Important Notes: Mt. Fuji Visitable Location & Timing Estimate] The best time to visit to reach the 5th Station is typically from late April to around November, but in winter (December to early April), it cannot be reached on most days due to reasons such as snowfall and road surface freezing.
Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.) Appare Sightseeing Boat on Lake Kawaguchi, Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Higashiguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Sekisho Tabimonogatarikan (Shop), etc.
Traffic conditions vary by season and day, which may cause significant delays in arrival times.
On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, typically on a weekend in June, the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The exact schedule for 2025 onwards is to be determined. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.
We offer GPS-enabled audio guides in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, and French for use in our dedicated tour vehicles. To request one, specify your preferred language in the "Special requirement" field when booking (e.g., "Spanish audio guide request"). Note that same-day requests cannot be accommodated. Please be aware that audio guides are limited in number and may not be available for every participant. No refunds will be given if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signals, device issues, Wi-Fi problems, or other technical difficulties. The guides may not function if there are changes to the tour itinerary
As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended.(Reference: Even in the daytime, temperatures may drop to 14℃ in summer and -5℃ in winter.)
Lunch is not included on this tour. Please prepare lunch in advance on your own. There are no cafes, restaurants, or other places to have lunch near the lunch break area. Preparing this prior to departure is recommended.
Midway, at the lunch break area, there will be a wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance, one of Japan's traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai.*1 Please note that the tour may not be able to view the performance in case arrival is considerably delayed due to road conditions, or the tour is unable to reach the intended break area. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be canceled without prior notice. (*1 It has been attracting attention both domestically and internationally as a support for social independence training and artistic activities. By sending customers, Sunrise Tours can create performance opportunities and support their activities.)
Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation may include options other than a large bus, such as a mid-size bus, small bus, or hired car.

Visit the 5th Station or the highest point accessible on Mt. Fuji, Japan's iconic peak registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour will also visit Hakone, popular for its beautiful scenery, where customers can experience a lake cruise and cable car ride and fully enjoy the majestic nature of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park.
