Blagaj tekija
The Blagaj Tekke is an Islamic religious building located at the source of the Buna River, near Blagaj near Mostar. It is a significant Islamic religious and residential building, showing the influence of Baroque on Ottoman architecture. The Tekke served as a place of gathering for dervishes and rituals, and it also contains the turbe (tomb) of Sari Saltuk, the founder of the Tekke. According to travelogues from the Ottoman period, the Tekke existed as early as the 17th century.
